1. Monitor’s Responsibility
The instructor, Ludovico, is a graduate to teach skiing and related disciplines.
Ludovico is not responsible:
accidents caused by other skiers participating in the course,
damage, theft or incidents related to student equipment.

2. Customer Responsibility
The student or client is responsible for their equipment and must respect the code of conduct and safety rules on the slopes.
Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended for all classes and mandatory for :
children’s classes
off-slopes skiing,
adult ski touring.
It is advisable to subscribe to a personal insurance covering civil liability, rescue and repatriation ( Carré Neige card).

3. Prices, booking and payment
The prices are indicated in the quote.
A reservations are made by paying a 50% deposit..
Registration is final after customer confirmation and payment of 100% of the total price.
Payment must be made before the start of the lesson.
Prices do not include: insurance, ski lifts, accommodation, equipment rental, meals or leisure activities.

4. Insurance
The instructors have professional liability insurance covering both instructors and participants only during classes.
Customers must have individual insurance for any mountain activities.

5. Cancellation and refund

50% deposit for bookings made over 30 days in advance

Full payment required within 30 days

Payments via bank transfer or credit card.

Your booking is secured upon receipt of the deposit.

≥ 60 days: 100% refund

28–59 days: 50% refund

< 27 days: no refund

Any lesson started is due in full.

No refunds for: delay, injury, insufficient level, weather conditions, lift closures, or no-show.Personal insurance (e.g. Carré Neige) is recommended.In case of force majeure, a reschedule or credit may be offered, subject to availability.

6. Exclusion
The instructor may exclude a participant whose behavior compromises safety or the smooth running of the lessons. No refund will be issued in this case.

7. Image rights
Photos or videos may be taken during classes and competitions.
The consent of the students or their legal representatives for minors will be collected via a form attached to the quote.
